Been using this app for 2 years now and it is definitely a must-have for those serious about tracking progression or regression. Timers are great and its nice to be able to pull a feed from your favorite program (pushjerk.com or catalysttraining.com) to display under the Feed tab. There have been some GREAT improvements over the past year as well! There are 2 features that would propel this application to the next level...
1) Create an Apple Watch capability! This would be an INCREDIBLE addition! Timers, rep count, round count, etc., would be AMAZING to have on your wrist while working out! PLEASE...PLEASE...make an Apple Watch feature!
2) Ability to create, log, and track a Wendler 5/3/1 Program. There is a Lift Log - which is a nice feature - but being able to insert your 1RM and have the app create a 5/3/1 program for a lift cycle of your choice would be GREAT! ((There is an app that does this on the App Store called Wendler Log but it does not sync between devices and comes with a $9.99 price tag))
Do not let this review deter you from buying/using this app!! It is a great tracker and a one-stop shop for getting your WOD Log, programming feed, timer, and movement library!
