So Ive had this wod app for probably a year now and it really is a great app. If you have trouble making your own wods this app is great because it has a huge database of all major wods so you can usually always find something you can do. They then have a timer or whatever you might need to record and do your wod. The only downside is theyve recently changed the app and made it so you have to pay for an upgrade to be able to record your time or reps. This is the only reason I dropped it a star because I downloaded this app before it required an upgrade and they changed that like I mentioned just recently. Other than that you can get free videos and recipes and anything you could imagine to help in your personal training but like everything crossfit, nothing is free. But would def recommend this to anyone who enjoys crossfit.
